Stockbridge Studio to Host Major Art and Craft Exhibition During Edinburgh Fringe
Art lovers visiting Stockbridge this August will have the chance to explore the work of dozens of local artists as Artists at Patriothall returns during the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
The annual exhibition will bring together the work of 32 artists and makers based at Patriothall Studios, offering visitors a rare opportunity to discover one of Scotland's most dynamic creative communities under one roof.
Running from 8–23 August, the selling exhibition will showcase an impressive range of original artwork, including ceramics, jewellery, mosaics, painting, photography, printmaking and tapestry. Whether you're an established collector or simply curious to explore Edinburgh's thriving arts scene, the exhibition promises something for everyone.
Located in the heart of Stockbridge, Patriothall Studios has long been home to professional artists working across a wide variety of disciplines. The exhibition offers visitors the chance not only to purchase original work but also to gain an insight into the creativity that takes place behind the doors of one of Edinburgh's best-known studio communities.
Many of the participating artists exhibit nationally and internationally, making the exhibition an ideal opportunity to discover established and emerging talent without leaving the neighbourhood.
Alongside the exhibition, visitors can also enjoy Open Studios on the final weekend, when artists will welcome the public into their working spaces, offering a behind-the-scenes look at their creative processes.
With thousands of visitors descending on Edinburgh during the Festival Fringe, Artists at Patriothall provides a quieter cultural experience just a short walk from the city centre—celebrating the creativity that has long made Stockbridge one of Edinburgh's most artistic neighbourhoods.
